I am curious if an individual can somehow find records showing who has given to a judges re-election fund, as it may pertain to proving the impartiality of the Chancellor.

Are these records bound by any law to be public record, such as those campaign funds of other elected officials?

Public records go on the parties’ credit reports. Do some parties tend to settle more easily just to avoid that, because settlements don’t go in public records? Or are there some settlements that do?

Our son’s little league coach has an injunction for stalking and harrassment, and we think that the other parents should read the disturbing public records that we paid for from the county courthouse to help them ensure the safety for their children? Many thanks.
