    You can check the tax roll in your area. (we get ours at the local newspaper office) and scroll through the names an see the names that are on several houses. Ours are in alphabetic order so it is not too hard. IF they own several house you can bet the lower end ones are investments..Don’t know that they would sell them to you cheap or at all though..ss
