I tried to find the public record data base, but there are so many scams out there that want to charge you to access public court records. I am not sure about Alabama, but in my state you can access this information online, anytime, free of charge.

    For civil cases if they probably dont include the calendar on case and any submitted filings by name.

    Not all states have placed court records on-line. You need to call down to Alabama and see if they are on-line.
