I was told if I wanted to find someone, to got to the courthouse and look in the public records. My question is which records do I search since all I know is the name and that they live here in town with an unlisted phone number.

   My areas phonebook also know that they own their name unless it would be the same as looking for you can access at times to find this person the courthouse that you would be appreciative that privacy is big concern these days and manually look.
